Domino's Pizza in Oranienburg

More times now one behind the other pizza rolls not through. Are still raw in the middle. And pizza tag part white get delivered raw

Even though it was New Years, the order was very quick and still hot with us. The delivery driver was super nice and courteous, and there was also a free Red Bull. As always, the taste was very tasty. Are always very happy with you

Despite the New Year, the order was very quick and still hot with us (about 35 minutes). The supplier was super nice and wished us a happy new year; there was a Red Bull for free, so we're all about peace ? the taste is always delicious and there is always a lot of topping on the pizza

The delivery was quick and the pizzas were great too. Unfortunately the salad (Gallo Verde) was unfortunately very bad with several orders. The mozzarella balls were simply missing and the chicken was ice cold and without pesto. So whether the chicken was just forgotten to roast. It's almost raw. It's a shame. Since the rest of the things are always very tasty.

Order confirmation received, we should just wait 65 minutes .. after 1 hour 30 minutes we called and asked what happened next .. was supposedly overlooked .. Then came the statement that we can wait 40 minutes for our pizzas ... We'd rather go to the competition. Dominos is much better in Berlin and if something has been forgotten or comes too late, you at least get vouchers ?

A great team, even when it was difficult to cross the street .... Quality and service really good. Always friendly in wind and weather, price performance really good. Keep it up. Thank you

Had already ordered there several times, it wasn't really a hit. Pre-ordering doesn't really help, the pizza was never delivered on time. Today it was only after another call and an hour late that really cold pizza was delivered. With the inedible pizzas that was our last order from Dominos in Oranienburg.

Ordered there for the first time at the weekend and I can say right away, never again !!!!! We waited 3 1/2 hours for the pizzas. When the things finally came after several inquiries, there wasn't even an excuse, nothing. The store didn't convince me. No, not thanks again.

I made a mistake with my order and accidentally ordered a salad instead of a pizza. Unfortunately the driver has already left the "bakery". After a call on my part, the driver came again and brought me the pizza I wanted free (!) And I was allowed to keep the salad that had been delivered in advance. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! A full 5 points for it

I placed an order online and assumed that the pizza would be there after an hour at the latest. Called there after an hour and was told that it would take longer as there was a lot to do. However, the pizza should definitely be with me after another half an hour. After another hour again tried to call. Of course, no one answered the phone in ages. When, after several attempts, someone answered the phone, I was told that my food would definitely be delivered to me after another 45 minutes. Absolute cheek. I finally canceled the order. The last time I ordered there. 0 stars from me. Especially since it would have been possible to contact me. But no, I still have to run after the gentlemen

I ordered on Lieferando yesterday. Order never arrived, since 5pm it has been shown to me as active and not delivered !!! I didn't get any money back either. My order number was Z69FLH ... on the phone I was told boldly that the order had never arrived. Awful!

After more than 2 hours the pizza arrived, the information on the phone was not friendly after frequent inquiries where it was they could only say yes in 15 minutes. The branch in Oranienburg is very bad with delivery times, it is now the 4 times that we had to wait 2 hours. It is best not to order in the branch in Oranienburg

Was the last pizza I ordered in this branch for 2020. It cannot be that a pizza that was previously delivered within 12 minutes now takes around 90 minutes ... On a Monday. Whereby the pizza gets soft under the long delivery time! Too bad dominos. You were better.

After 2 hours of waiting, after trying to reach someone by phone for at least 0.5 hours, I had to drive off myself to see where my order was. When I was there, I was told that there was so much to do that nobody could answer the phone. My pizzas were only then prepared? So this time it really didn't work!

Waiting time almost 2 hours. Clearly much too long and supposedly already delivered after 1 hour .. Not possible .. We are no longer customers in Oranienburg.

So slow service. Min 1 hour of waiting for the delivery. They don’t bring if you don’t call and complain.

Horrible service. They are always LATE with the order 1 hour + sometimes 2 hours + even if you pay online. HORRIBLE! Dominos needs to reorganize their hiring policy this is unacceptable that a service that is supposed to be 30 minutes or less can take 1-2 hours and often forget items that were ordered.

WORST dominos there is. Not worth my time. NEVER DELIVER ON TIME.

Incapable of doing their simple job of delivering a pizza on time. I thought Germans were supposed to be on time not several hours late.

I've been here for a year and I'm absolutely satisfied. Very tasty every time, I pick up my pizza myself, so I can't say anything about waiting times. But for product - 5 stars from me. Hope it stays that way :)

We order regularly until now we have always been very satisfied, only recently the waiting time has been really too long. The last time we ordered on a Wednesday and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. Today it was 2 hours. But we don't understand that we have to wait longer on a Friday for 2 hours. Flavored as always perfect and the pizzas were also hot on arrival ...

Worst dominos ever. This year I ordered so many times, if I order Cola: they ALWAYS forget to bring. They are ALWAYS so late. After 1 hour of waiting, I call and then they remember to bring my pizza. Right now, I ordered and It’s been exactly 1 hour, I am still waiting for them to come. Same thing happened yesterday but obviously they don’t care about the customers. I’ll complain everywhere I can because they are always so late.

They were done with my order a few minutes earlier than promised. Good Customer service as well.
